Resident Evil: Code Veronica Tips (different game)

Note: This content is NOT for RE HD Remaster (the remake of the original Resident Evil) but for the separate game Resident Evil: Code Veronica / Code Veronica X HD. The two games were mixed in the source text, so we give this separately and clearly labeled to avoid confusion.

1.Puzzle Solutions

• Computer code (Luger room): 1971
• Save-room drawers: Red, Green, Blue, Brown
• Painting puzzle order: 1) the woman, 2) the man with two children, 3) the man with the scale, 4) the man with the golden cup, 5) the man with the candle vase, 6) the man with the normal vase — then click the boy's painting.
• Oil puzzle: 2×3, 1×5, 1×10, 2×3, 1×5 — the bridge lowers.
• Palace security code: On the back of the ID card.

2.Bosses and Survival

• Nosferatu: Take Alfred's sniper rifle before going through the wall; on the roof, blow his heart apart with the rifle (the fastest and only known way).
• Alexia (first time): Walk to the left of the room, work right, and fire each time she's away from you; when she's right in front of you, run or get burned.
• Escaping Steve: Carry lots of health packs; each axe hit takes most of your health. Don't shoot him, it won't work — keep running.

3.Battle Mode and Weapons

• Unlock Battle Mode: Finish the game once (initially only Claire and Chris).
• Linear Launcher: Beat Battle Mode with all characters (Chris, Claire 1/2, Steve, Wesker) at A rank.
• Rocket Launcher: Finish with an A rank, no first-aid sprays, no saving, no retry, saving Steve and giving the medicine to Rodrigo, in under 4:30.
