1.How to Use
The console only opens in non-ironman games (ironman earns achievements but disables the console). Open it (depending on keyboard layout) with Shift+2, §, ~, ` or Alt+2+1. Use up/down arrows for previous commands. Country tags are case-sensitive: USA, ENG, SOV, GER…
