Enable the console and unlock everything via the profile file.
Console and file cheats for Risk of Rain 2 (PC).
1.Enable the Console
In-game, press Ctrl + Alt + `. Type help for usable commands.
2.Unlock via the Profile File
With the game closed, go to Steam\userdata\[Number]\632360\remote\UserProfiles and open the XML file with Notepad(++). (Back it up first.)
All Characters — add these lines:Characters.Huntress, Characters.Engineer, Characters.Mercenary, Characters.Mage, Characters.Toolbot.
All Items — add:Items.Bear, Items.Hoof, Items.Crowbar, Items.Medkit, Items.Firework, Items.SecondarySkillMagazine, Items.TreasureCache, Items.BossDamageBonus, Items.AttackSpeedOnCrit, Items.Infusion, Items.EquipmentMagazine, Items.HealOnCrit, Items.KillEliteFrenzy, Items.ExtraLife, Items.JumpBoost, Items.Talisman, Items.IncreaseHealing, Items.Clover, Items.RepeatHeal, Items.Meteor, Items.BurnNearby, Items.AutoCastEquipment, Items.PassiveHealing, Items.BFG, Items.Scanner, Items.Lightning, Items.DroneBackup, Items.GoldGat, Items.WarCryOnMultiKill, Items.BounceNearby, Items.NovaOnHeal, Items.ShockNearby, Items.ElementalRings.
All Achievements — find the [AchievementsList] line near the top, remove the text inside and type the achievement keys instead (e.g. KillBossQuick, CompleteTeleporter, CompleteThreeStages, FreeMage, Complete30StagesCareer, CompleteUnknownEnding, etc. — the full list is the game's achievement IDs).
Note: keep the indentation the same as the other lines.
