1.Camp Guitarists (6)
All are at the third camp, Iron Mike's (Lost Lake region). In the gazebo to the left after the main entrance, they spawn between 19:00–22:00; only one appears each evening. When a guitarist is ready you'll see a drummer in the gazebo; the drummer stops and the lights come on. They never spawn by day or night, only in the evening. Counts toward 'The Broken Roadshow' trophy.
2.Colonel Garret's Speeches (6)
All unlock automatically from story missions at the fifth camp, Wizard Island (Crater Lake region) — none are missable. The first unlocks after 'I Know The Look'; Kouri radios you saying the Colonel gives a speech at dawn. The rest come as the story progresses.
3.Marauder Camp Quests (10)
The first two come automatically from early story missions in the Cascade region. The other eight are Encampment Jobs (side quests) that unlock automatically when completed. Note: there are two temporary points of no return — one at the end of the third region (Lost Lake), one at the end of the fifth (Crater Lake) — locking some regions until the story ends.
4.'This Is A Knife' Trophy (easy way)
Kill a Breaker, Reacher or Rager with a knife. Easiest during 'Playing All Night' (first trip to Iron Butte) fighting a single Breaker; there the enemy's health is shown. Weaken it with other weapons first, then land the final hit with the Boot Knife you always carry.
5.'Variety Is The Spice Of Life' Trophy
There are five crossbow bolt types; kill an enemy with each: Crossbow Bolt (unlocked from the start), Residue Bolt (via 'They're Not Sleeping'), Poison Bolt (via 'I've Got A Plan'), Incendiary Bolt (conquer 8 Ambush Camps), Explosive Bolt (conquer 12 Ambush Camps).
6.'Farewell Drift' & 'Burnout Apocalypse' Trophies
While the bike is still, do a donut with Left Analog + R2 + Circle keeping the front wheel locked; repeat at the O'Leary Mountain Safehouse fuel station to accumulate 10 minutes of drifting. For 'Burnout Apocalypse' you need the Nitrous 3 upgrade (Diamond Lake camp, Trust Level 3); speed up, then hold Left Analog + R2 + Circle + X to nitro-and-drift in a large circle for at least 5 seconds.
