Secret Weapons & Secret Ending
Special weapons, the Water Sword and the Dahaka fight.
Secret weapons and secret ending in Prince of Persia: Warrior Within.
1.Life Upgrades and the Water Sword
There are 9 life-upgrade pedestals across the map (e.g. the first is just after beating Shahdee, opened by pulling back the tall altar atop the stairs to reveal a secret passage). Find all nine and the Water Sword appears in the centre of the room before the throne room — the only weapon that can defeat the Dahaka, and it unlocks the alternate ending.
2.Secret Weapons
- Teddy Bear: After getting the Scorpion Sword, in the clocktower's west area, break the wall in the water-filled dead end past the second giant golem's room. Nearly unbreakable and does little damage, but restores the Prince's health with each successful blow.
- Hockey Stick: With the Scorpion Sword, return to the central room, turn the turnstile toward the save-fountain doorway, head to the opposite doorway and follow the rocks; where sand falls, break the wall and weapon rack. Unbreakable, but lost if thrown.
- Light Sword: The most powerful secondary weapon. In the mystic caves, just past a switch-unlocked door there's a drop in the floor; drop down, break the left wall and rack. Maximum damage and attack rate.
3.Secret Ending and the Dahaka
With all 9 life upgrades, you fight the Dahaka instead of the Empress. From afar he shoots tendrils up through the ground — circle to dodge and close in; up close he shoots them directly, so roll to dodge. While rolling, slow time and land heavy combos. As his health drops, the Empress knocks him off the arena; while he's stuck on the ledge, stock up on sand, slow time or use Ravages of Time for max damage. He jumps back at you — keep rolling until he settles, then repeat.
