Boss Tactics and COG Tags
Berserker, Corpser and General RAAM tactics; COG tag distribution by act.
1.Boss Tactics
- Berserker: Blind, hunts by smell and sound. Lead her to the first train car, and while she's on it press the button to release the car; it collapses with her.
- Corpser (Act 3): Its legs are bulletproof. Shoot its belly; after a few hits it raises its legs and screams — then shoot its mouth to make it back up. Repeat; when it retreats onto the metal platform over lava, shoot/break the two latches to drop it into the lava. Watch for Wretches.
- General RAAM: Invulnerable while the Kryll (birds) protect him. Fire when the birds come at you; stay in the light. Hit RAAM with the Torque Bow to drive off the Kryll, then headshot with the Lancer. When he closes in, move to the other side of the platform. Alternatively, get him off his Gatling (have Dom distract him) and use the Gatling on him.
- Boomer: Shoot the moment it fires and reloads; pop in and out of cover.
- Emergence hole: Toss a grenade in when it opens — it closes the hole.
2.COG Tags (30 total)
Near a tag there's a red Crimson Omen (gear + skull) on a wall/floor — it means one is close.
| Act | Tag count |
|---|---|
| Act 1 (Prison, Trial By Fire, Knock Knock, China Shop) | 12 |
| Act 2 (Tick Tick Boom, Outpost, Lethal Dusk, Dark Labyrinth) | 6 |
| Act 3 (Downpour, Evolution, Darkest Before Dawn) | 6 |
| Act 4 (Campus Grinder, Bad To Worse, Imaginary Place) | 3 |
| Act 5 (Train Wreck) | 3 |
Tip: In China Shop, grab tag 12 BEFORE killing the Berserker (you can't after). Active reload (RB): press RB when the moving bar enters the white segment — it reloads much faster and, on perfect timing, gives a damage bonus.
