- Backup Ain't Coming: At the start of Chapter 3, choose the 'Supplies?' dialogue with O'Neal; track down radio signals on the map and investigate them, then return to O'Neal.
- Death From Above: In Chapter 9, shoot one of the ceiling lamps while two enemies stand beneath it.
- Kick, Shoot, Burn: In the trucking yard north of the Chapter 3 safe house, lure enemies onto the oil in the back corner and shoot it (climb the nearby box to avoid burning).
- Sometimes Fighting Isn't The Answer: At the start of Chapter 5, don't fight the saw boss; run around the left of the building, shoot explosive barrels and avoid tripwires, and enter the door around back (skips the boss).
- No More Playing With Fire: At the end of Chapter 11, shoot the tank on the flamethrower enemy's back until it explodes.
- Melancholy Memories: In Chapter 12, interact with three objects in your past house (two upstairs, one downstairs cupboard); don't touch the kitchen letter before the achievement.
- That Cinematic Feel…: Complete the game once, enable Letterbox mode and start a new game.
- I'll Take You Down Myself: Chapters 11-14, missable: take the broken flamethrower from the Flamethrower boss, repair it with two fuel tanks in Chapter 13, and kill the Laura boss with the Flamethrower (80 fuel) in Chapter 14.
